Justin Krall, NYC appraiser, still around?

Hi, everyone. I''d like to have a ring I bought about 3 years ago reappraised for insurance purposes. I went to an appraiser recommended on this board - Justin Krall, here in NYC. Yet his website is down and I can''t find a recent phone number. Is he still in business? I thought he did a great job with us. Thanks.

He is no longer listed and no one seems to be able to find him. I guess he is no longer in business in New York City.
