Yes, the landlord! I'm sorry, Enerchi. He was home when we left and we didn't say good-bye. Our neighbors, now friends, told us he moved. I'm glad for them. They are better off without that deranged con man living on their street.

Ah... thanks for that info!!! What a loser!!! Good riddance to him and I'm glad you are now friends with the neighbours - think you'd ever get back in that neighbourhood again? Hope you are happy in the new place and its convenient for the both of you to get to work/activities and home again.

I'd like to live there again. I love the country. It was getting developed to be real country living but still a relatively undeveloped area compared to my other choices.

S0 has recovered from the operation. His first follow up with the surgeon was perfect. His morale is very good. He started physical therapy the day before yesterday.

We have Lily!!! our (now) 4 month old chocolate lab!! have you seen the thread? Enerchi has a new puppy ...??? Oh, she is sooo cute!! Sadly, on her 2nd urinary tract infection and up a few times thru out the night (hello??? shades of life with a new baby... we are TOO OLD for this!!)

but she's a cutie patootie!!! --- which is what allows her one more day in this household

New rings?? hmmm... I set my OEC that Dreamer helped me find in the fall, after visiting a few PS vendors during our Hurricane Sandy NYC trip!! I chose a setting from IDJ and love it!! I did add a little FLY band from DBL as well --- it was a complete surprise to me that after visiting and trying on the rings at DBL, who knew (?!) that I'd end up wanting a little yellow ring of my own?? I was shocked ...

So happy that SO is recovering nicely!! That's great news!! Stick with the PT - as tempting as it is not to follow thru between treatments- because that will get him up and back to normal far sooner than just letting the joint rest. You'll both be surfing and frolicking in the beach in no time!!!

I think there is something I didn't make clear and I should do that.

I can only post from my phone and my phone has a limited amount of Internet time per month. You can go over but it's very expensive.

I have a hard time typing with my touchscreen. It's easy to mangle words and autocorrect mangles them.

It's a small screen and hard to read.

I can't keep up "in real time" and with the limited time my phone has it's frustrating.

Enerchi, I hope I didn't offend you by going off topic in your puppy thread and asking for links.

SO is still disabled because of his knee and I'm having a hard time concentrating.

I hope this makes my situation more clear and that nobody will take my limited participation personally.

I'm the same on my iphone - who KNOWS what autocorrect ends up sending! I am FAR better on a keyboard Poor SO --- I hope something wonderful happens soon and he hits a miracle recovery stride. THat's hard for you to be the main "everything" person in the house... no one needs any more stress than our regular dose of it, right? I hope it works out soon! Just keep popping in - that's all that matters! We miss you!!
