So, I'm idling around on the computer instead of editing the new book I just got in from a client. I decide to look up the latest Blue Nile promo codes, and there was one which gives me $75 off a $200-plus purchase. I have been eyeing these earrings for at least a year, thinking they will go nicely with a necklace I've got planned. They are 18k, not 14k, and with the voucher they cost just $215.00, reduced from $290! I'm so happy! They will be here Monday, free shipping. They would go with the satin necklace below that I am considering from Blue Nile (but won't buy until a sale or discount code above 20% comes up). Nice end to a somewhat difficult week full of medical appointments and crank doorbells!

Not too matchy matchy. Good combo Smith! :appl:

that is gorgeous! I love satin and high polished in a piece, looks like the pendant will go well together.

Very pretty & individual. Those will dress up or down easily too -- great find!

Oooh, I really like them! Very pretty design, and versatile - good for both casual and dressy occasions.

I really like the finishing also. I LOVE the pendant...you should definitely get it too!

care to share the code?

great earrings, btw!

Very classic, I love knot designs! :)

Thanks everyone! Let's hope the earrings live up to their picture. I'm waiting for a deal on the pendant, if I decide to get it.

The discount code is $75 off $200-plus or $20 off $50-plus. Code: 20SD50.

BN has lots of other codes too - NOVEMBER2013 for 20% off items under $500 and 10% off over $500, and a 30% off sale page with Retailmenot: http://www.bluenile.com/jewelry-rmnspecial30

Here's a list of BN coupon codes: http://www.couponchief.com/bluenile

I know I go on about Blue Nile but God I love shopping with them. So much to buy...so many price ranges...so many colours. I would die happy if I got locked in one of their warehouses with no food or drink, I really would.

I'm crushing on these feather necklaces from Blue Nile, 14k. I think they're $195 before any discount, and you can wear them at 16 or 18 inches.

In one of Jennifer Aniston's movies she wore a feather necklace by an LA designer, Jennifer Meyer, and now Meyer's feather and arrow and wishbone designs are worn by all the stars - and wonderfully copied for our benefit by Blue Nile, at about a tenth of the price! Blue Nile has its finger on the pulse - it has copied earrings that the Duchess of Cambridge has been seen wearing by Kiki MacDonough - silly prices, naturally - but BN produces something similar (not exactly the same) but just as lovely, without the designer price tag. They really try hard to produce designs of the moment at fair prices. The twist necklace above in my first post is very similar to a piece by the gold designer Marco Bicego, except that piece of course costs over $2200 incl. tax from Bicego. Admittedly it's 18k, but I don't think that can account for a $2k difference, and the pieces are so similar:

More priddy things!! I reckon the citrine and amethyst necklaces would layer well. $195 full price...but then there's discounts :naughty:
