Hi Everyone!
After seeing all the lovely projects by Julia, I had to get me one! I mailed off 3 stones, and ask her to design something for me. Stones specs are: .40ct H/VS2 diamond + two 3mm tsavs.
I mentioned I preferred bezels and swirly designs. She came up with several designs, and I selected the vertical stack.
Now, hard part. I would like a pop of color, so I thought maybe using yellow gold somewhere. Julia suggested (eta- in no particular order) :
1) bezel the diamond in yellow gold, and leaving the tsavs in silver (she prefers tsavs in silver)
2) everything in silver
3) bezels in yellow gold, rest of ring silver.
Oh, and if there is space where the shank meet, she said perhaps she can add a tiny yellow gold ball. There's not much room since my ring size is 3.25, but i like the gold ball idea, so maybe i'll ask her to make it for my middle finger, which is 4.25.
Which of the above 3 options do you prefer, and why?
Thanks!
