Jeweler Damaged WhiteFlash Bezel Ring -- What to do?

As an aside I think the time to address an issue like this in the future is when you collect your ring, not months later. That makes sense in a situation where you plan to go to court and its a tonne of money, perhaps. But with a $60 job by a local jeweler, the time to make a fuss and get amends in at the moment you notice the issue. Wait a while and I think you lose any type of real bargaining power, which is best applied to the owner or manager of the store.

I disputed the charge on my CC ... And won! As WhiteFlash provided a generous wedding gift, there is no need for court. A negative review for the local jeweler is all I need to do.

If it were a ton of money on the line, I think I would have had my attorney fiancé do his thing. But I chose not to let a couple hundred dollars stress me out the weeks before my wedding.

I'm just happy it worked out. I have ring to get married with!

Ahh, I love the glamour shots of this ring! I'm so glad it worked out and that Whiteflash was so helpful. I've had nothing but pleasant dealings with them, and have referred 3 friends (cha-ching referral bonuses!) who were all very happy with what they got for their money vs. B&M shops.
