Hello everyone,
I live in LA near Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. I want to design a square halo for my round diamond. I was wondering if anyone had any jewelers they recommended in the area?

I didn''t get a custom setting from them, I got my platinum 3-stone setting there, and I''m very happy with it. I have inquired about a custom setting, and Cathy(I''d ask for her--she''s very helpful) told me they could make anything.

You can check out their website(not a great website, but it''s got the info and a contact form)

Also, there are many online vendors that can easily make your custom halo. They email you photos of the progress and so forth. Maybe some others can chime in with their online experiences.

I would recommend Maytal Hannah (that's who is making my custom halo). You can see some of her work (pics I took, so they are IRL pics but the lighting was horrible, so they aren't great pics and some pro pics on this link or search the PS site for Maytal Hannah... a few here have worked with her and have beautiful rings).

This imhelping's ring by Maytal... it's one of my favorite rounds in a squarish halo... absolutely LOVE it!

I've heard 23rd Street Jewelers recommended a lot- the stuff on their website is gorgeous. Also, often recommended is Single Stone for beautiful vintage-y rings.

I would trust peter norman on san vicente in brentwood, yale jewelers in santa monica, 23rd st. jewelers in santa monica, and single stone in the diamond district. An online jeweler would be cheaper, and leon mege artofplatinum is still the best with halos.
