I'd cancel your order and look for a GIA or AGS graded diamond.
 
It’s not so much that IGI diamonds will be bad diamonds per se as the grading is more lax so a IGI I VVS2 may have been graded as say (for example) a GIA K VS1. You feel like you’ve got a bargain because you’re paying less than the GIA I VVS2s but the stone may be lower on colour or clarity. JA has a good returns policy, now that you’ve ordered it, have a look at it, see how you like it, compare it to other diamonds in jewellers shops, if you like the look of it then keep it. If not return it and keep looking
 
I would cancel for the reasons listed above. Also, if you ever want to sell it down the line, you will have a lower resale value.

Fwiw, I have read that IGI has become more reputable and consistent in their grading. IGI tends to work with the big B&M chains, eg Jared and such. My understanding from other posts by trade members is not that the lab is bad, its more like they are fast and sometimes less reliable, like the McDonalds of labs. I believe I read that on color they are very consistent. Let me see if I can find the article.

What is the difference in price between the WF and JA options? Will JA provide ASET for that stone (you can ask them over the chat)?
 
The ja diamond is $4540
The white flash one is $5141

So a difference of $600
 
I think that for me, the WF is larger and WF offers ASET and all the information necessary to guarantee performance. They also have some great benefit not offered by JA https://www.whiteflash.com/confidence/. I would go WF.

But, the JA one is beautiful. If an ASET was provided that showed it to be a good performer and you don't want the WF beneift, than it will be lovely. JAs settings tend to be a bit less than WF.

What kind of setting do you want? Maybe find one from each vendor and see what whole package your prefer.
