Laurie: the reactions are priceless! I love how they can all get close, but the minute the skeleton moves, they hit the road! 
And DF441, you better start pacing yourself or you will run out of movies! How about "Insidious" I loved that movie. Also, there is a foreign one - a ghost story - I believe called "Orphanage" about a mother who buys a defunct orphanage as a fixer upper, iirc. It is a GREAT (and sad, I think) movie...

I LOVE scary movies -- but don't think I've heard of most of those, Dragonfly. 9th Gate, Lady in Black -- where did you see them? Haven't heard of the orphanage one either, Minou. Hey, I'm missing out on good frights! I saw one about a woman & 2 kids who bought an old funeral home house to fix up, can't remember the name, but not an orphanage.

Hey all! I watch as many as I can every year. The 9th Gate is with Johnny Depp. The Lady in Black has Daniel Radcliffe, it's newer. I get them from Netflix and have quite a few. I'll start a new thread for scary movies here in just a min, but wanted to share:

Jewelfreak - I have a MAJOR love for Halloween. Like. Ridiculous. Thank goodness SO is into it since we have our own home to decorate now. He's all involved!
P.S. Apparently the haunt's sheets fall just right so that he has a shadow face in some lighting. It is beyond creepy and I am loathe to walk around downstairs alone with him there now.
