I''m trying to decide between three diamonds. They''re all either .70 or .71 carat and G-H in color and VS1-VS2 in clarity. So at this point I''m looking at the cost (+/- $200 between them) and the IS images since it is all I have to work with. I''m noticing they all have some black spots, which apparently helps with scintillation so I should almost be wanting them. But what I''m not so sure about is if the darker red would be better or worse than a more pinkish color. Thoughts?

They all look great, the first and second particularly, do you have the proportions for each diamond please? The white spots which appear at regular intervals around the diamond are what can help contrast and scintillation. The body colour of the IS's is not an issue, this can depend on the lighting and photography, it is light leakage which is the important thing here. All the images look good.

The diamonds all look great, personally I like the first IS image best but this is a matter of taste. Really to judge a h&a diamond we need hearts images but I don't think this vendor provides them if I am right in thinking which one it is. However they all look really nice, if you are having trouble deciding then ask for one of the reps to physically inspect each diamond and tell you which has the most ' flair' if you aren't sure which one to go for. They are all great diamonds.

I was also thinking the first one. And you are probably right on the vendor =P

I''ll attach the real pictures in order:

Apparently they expand to appropriate proportions. I apologize for their large size, I don''t have a program to shrink them! As such I''ll only upload the first two.

Ditto! The second one is just a smidge bigger, if you need a real decision maker.

Either of those will be fantastic though.

Excellent! Thank you both.

Now I get to move onto the decision of WG vs Platinum! (only a $190 diff, oddly)
