OMG!!!!!!!
hubby just sent me a present via e-mail!!!!
we owe $61.25 on the house!!!!!!
the house we bought in March 2004!!!!!!
our 20 acres in the SCruz mountains is officially ours today once I complete the mission he assigned me of getting a wire transfer sent!!!!!!
actually, we only owe $13.25 cents [the balance is processing fees]!!!!!
worst case scenario I don't get it to them until tomorrow which is ok because there is no interest because the balance is $13.25!!!!!!!!!!!!
payment is supposed to be rec'd by 2p Central Time today but I was on the phone with them and it doesn't change the amount due if the receive it tomorrow!
it is officially happy dance time!

yes, Sharon, you can park your trailer here.....we might just find a level spot for you! however, there are some really nice RV parks in the area not to mention Big Basin State Park, the first of the state parks here in California.

it was my goal to have this place paid off in 10 years or less. luckily, hubby shared that goal!

I cannot contain myself......as you all can tell!

I know right?! I think we have 10 years left but we have been paying it off so hopefully more like 7 years. Still this is really inspirtational for me. Light at the end of the tunnel IYKWIM!
