This diamond seems almost perfect... the the exception of the crown angle being a fraction steep.
We've been looking for awhile and so far this is our top pick.
Thoughts? Is there anything else we should be considering?

With 35% Crown you'd ideally want to see 40.7 or 40.8 or 40.6 pav.... and once you have ideal potential ~ look for how precise the cut was executed using images/ ideal scope ~aset scope etc..

you can also search for EX HCA scores on this site

35% Crown can be great - it's pairing it with Pavilion @ 41 that's the issue...

Unfortunately I don't love the pic. Looks splintery, likely because high crown and high pav don't play well together

82%ish lgf% == small arrows.
It also means this diamond will have little leakage and good IS/ASET.
It will have a different look however than many are used to.
Its not bad just different.

There really won't be leakage? That's so interesting. I thought there would be given all the black around the very center.

Thanks for clarifying! This definitely isn't a stone i find attractive, but interesting to know it wont leak

Table reflection.
Much more obvious in pics than in person.
Unless the background is black then black is obstruction of some form.
