Is this diamond worth

Hello everyone,
I'm new here so sorry for all the questions!

I was wondering if this is a good price for this diamond? I was reading some where in the forum that symmetry matters more when it comes to Princess cut diamonds. I like the fact that it is almost a perfect square!

Would it help a lot more if I knew the crown height%?
Would i get that info from a sarin report?

I also would like to set the diamond in white gold with dark blue sapphires on the side. Would a G color show any yellow with the white gold? or is G good enough?


And sorry for all of the questions but 1 more.

Or would this one be a better of the 2 choices? It just seems hard to find a Princess diamond that has a VG symmetry that is with in my price range. I wasn't really expecting to go that high in clarity since all the shops around me are charging about $3200 for a .8ct H, I1. That price just seems a little high for me.
