UPDATE:
Sadly i still haven't been able to purchase the daimond.
Website was down, then back up.
Then had to wait for husband to agree on this daimond.
Then financing needed more info. So now we wait.
Im just praying nobody buys it.
If this daimond is still in my cart next week then its meant to be.

Are you saying they aren't holding that diamond for you while the financing is approved or are you financing elsewhere??? You shouldn't even be trying to buy it online. Have you called them?

I reached out to their customer service via chat. I was told they are not able to due to the seller.

oh no!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So sad! Can you let us know if/when you are ready to buy/financing is all set so we can only post stuff when you are completely ready?
