Is this a good fit and price?

Now there's so many to chose from. I can't decide. LoL

Im no expert but the diamond i posted is VS1 clarity at the same price the one you posted at VS2 so I would go with VS1 for the same money and the specs are great.

Lol,
Im no expert too, but yes i would probably go with the VSI

Would you guys recommend 4 prong or 6 prong with solitaire?

In the videos the VS1 looks more yellow than the VS2. Clarity wise there will be no difference between a VS1 or a VS2 they’re both eye clean. It’s up to you what’s more important :) they’re both great options in my opinion.

Hmmm..
In thay case i will have to go with the VS2 because of the price difference. LoL

The price difference is only $31. So you should choose the diamond that speaks to you the most :) we can’t choose for you

I would prefer maybe an H then.

Thats exactly what you are trying to do choose for the OP saying the diamond i recommended is more yellow than the one you selected. Its the OPs choice to make the decision whether or not an I is too tinted for her not yours. All of a sudden you are the expert now ? In the OP's original diamond she selected was a VVS2 I and I dropped her to a VS1 I to maximize budget . There is a huge difference between VVS2 to VS2 and not a big difference from I to H ......so OP you take the advice @Eeveepenny gave you im out.

Woah ease up there turbo. I’m just trying to help OP out. He/she actually started with a Leo H si2! So a VS2 is a huge improvement (not eye clean vs eye clean). Going down to an I colour which to my eyes looks on the lower end of the I grade may not have been acceptable for OP. I said your diamond was great! It may be too tinted for OP though so was worth pointing out. Apologies if I have offended you.

You have been on Pricescope for 6 months and have become an expert very quickly giving advice and I know nothing. I'm not competing with a newbie good luck OP !

It’s not a competition. Sorry if I made you feel that way. I will look at how my posts come across in the future.

These are the H’s I found and posted earlier. You said they were out of your budget though.

OP, you mentioned in several posts you are considering an H, and you mentioned the word colorless. If I were you, I would stick with an H considering you have the idea of "colorless" in your mind. I don't know how color sensitive you are, so I would err on the side of conservatism, especially since you seem like you wanna be DONE with this search, and if you get a stone that is more colored than you would prefer, it would be a hassle for you to return it. Not that it's a big deal. People return stones all the time. But I think you wouldn't want to order another a higher colored stone to try again, so you may just settle for something more colored than you would like.

And again, I don't know how color sensitive you are, but H is not colorless to most people. Just because they buy an H diamond does not mean that they cannot see the color. They may see the color and not mind it. So please keep that in mind and don't expect a true "colorless" diamond. Don't expect it to look like a CZ or something like that. There is tint in an H, it just is a matter of how often you can see it and if you mind it.

@MK86 please take a deep breath! There is a lot of info coming at you, possibly a bit confusing. Please, please look back at your original thread. Both @mrs-b and @diamondseeker2006 suggested lovely options for you in their posts. Consider those.

You are right. They did share some good ones. Darn it! Why did i forget to go back and check in those. Two nice ones are now sold. :(

You have nothing to apologize for. The other poster was being incredibly defensive for no reason.

@MK86 you have been given a variety of options here and you are now looking at stones that are MILES better than what you started with. If you want to stay in H color, the one below is my favorite

I really like this one, but you mentioned wanting to stay closer to 5K: https://www.bluenile.com/diamond-de...=PriceScope&utm_campaign=Online+Tracking+Link

I can't even remember what I posted on the other thread, but at the moment, I very much like the two H color stones from B2C Jewels that @lovedogs just posted and especially the 1.06 H VS1. That's a crazy good price for those specs. No way would I buy I color for $5k if I could get H.

Omg!!! I loved that 3rd one. Its a good price for me. I'm really satisfied with that one. Sadly something is wrong with their site at the moment. I can't get a setting to go with it. I'm really praying nobody purchase it. Have to check back tomorrow if the site is back up working properly. Thank you so much!!

Yes!! I'm really satisfied with that one. But i can't add a setting. Will have to check back tomorrow.

I can't get the setting part of the site to work either!!!! So frustrating! They just had a snowstorm in NYC, so do not be alarmed if you can't reach them. But absolutely call in the morning to reserve the diamond and tell them their site isn't working for settings! This isn't the first time I have had this problem. They open at 9 am if they are able to get there, but I'd try until I reach them. I think that is a great stone and the other one is totally fine if this one happens to be gone.

Yes. I will try again.

Yes. I will keep checking back.

When you find the right one, you will feel 100% satisfied. LoL
The others are really nice too but i wasn't feeling 100%. I'm just glad i didn't purchase the I yet and waited. =)2
