After searching for the past day or so, I've found YAD (yet another diamond). What do you experts think of this? I'm ready to pull the trigger if all is well.

What we sometimes call "superideals" are not cut to these numbers.

You can cut H&A on all sorts of proportions, and because a stone has them does not mean that it is an excellent stone.

HCA give is only a 4.6, with only fair for fire and scintillation.


You want and HCA score of under 2.0.

I noticed the HCA returns a different valve depending on whether the angle of the crown/pavillion or the % of the crown/pavillion is used. Which is more accurate? The angle or the %? Thanks!
