Is there a way to fuse diamond dust and make 1 large chunk.

The Swedish Company I located to use here in Australia (this is what my mum wants to happen with one for each the girls - dad wants his to go into space ) uses a diamond seed and your ashes or hair. You can have an Amber colour (apparently what ordinarily gets produced by their process) or for more $$$ green, red, blue or white - for these other colours they use other elements. There’s no doubt they can produce the diamonds but I’m not convinced that they actually “use” your ashes or hair! I still think is cool.
There is no way even the best labs in the world can guarantee a specific colour outcome. If you want to believe total BS and pay many multiples to just waste money - really - better off giving to a charity.
It is a total fraud.

Don't laugh. There are cubic zirconias out there with diamond dust glued onto them. If the ad says something like "What you see...what you touch...is DIAMOND" it's a CZ.

Just another reminder that there is no such thing as a cheap diamond, and that everything is a CZ until proven otherwise. The breath and depth of the frauds are astonishing once you start looking around.

More fake news. I once bought a ring from an org claiming diamond coated CZ And had it testted with Xray spectograpghy. There was no carbon = no diamond.

The poor OP getting the business.
I thought it was a cool question!
And he really could make a diamond out of that pile of dust and glue.It would just have pretty godawful clarity.
But then again it might start a trend and he would be famous.

Bet some fine artists could do some cool stuff with diamond dust!

I mean he can “really make a diamond out of that pile of dust and glue” the same way I can really make a mink by piling up some fur coats.

The answer is uh, no.

I considered the make a jewel from your pet thing when one of the great loves of my life passed away but then I wasn't sure if they would even use his ashes.

In the end I opted to have his ashes in an urn on my beside. I have been told his cremation company is extremely reputable but sometimes I wonder if they really are his ashes.
