Is SND Gems Reputable?

I saw a sapphire and diamond eternity band on Sparkle N Dazzle but had a questionable phone experience with them. I''ve alway not been able to find this particular ring anywhere else. Has anyone purchased from therm? Are they reputable? The ring is a sapphire and diamond burnish platinum band with square cut stones that are gypsy set and very simple (flat edges, not bevelled). I''ve seen round stones in this setting but not square cut. Help!
