First off...great site and forum. I''ve been reading for a while but never posted. But, my time to buy is near and I just don''t know what to get. I know one is an H and one an I...but I am really just looking for a bright beautiful diamond...and they both look pretty darn good cut wise. I really appreciate any comments anyone may have.

Welcome

Cutwise, these could look quite similar, an I colour is where the trade believes that a hint of colour might be noticed by the lay person, but an I is still plenty white for most! I am sure either diamond would be gorgeous, maybe this comes down to price and colour preference? The second might look a teensy tidge smaller than the first with direct comparison, but this probably wouldn't be a huge consideration.

Yeah that is what I am thinking. The H is actually cheaper...I think it has to do maybe with the Tolkowsky cert that comes with the I.

Few things as cute as a kneading cat!

It could be the I is more money because of the Tolkowsky cert, they both look like great diamonds, the Idealscope for the JA diamond looks good. Hard to choose....
