Medium or Thin-Medium girdle is better?
 
medium is right where you want to be. anything from slightly thin to slightly thick is desirable--the best, being medium or slightly thin to medium IMO
 
At least 0.7% Thin and up to 1.8% Medium is a great place to be...
 
it's 1.2-1.4%, is it good?
