is it possible for a H&A to be over 62.8% total depth

From these stats could you rule out this diamond being a H & A...It is advertised as one.
I was under the impression that 62.8 total depth was too much for a H&A stone. Can someone shed some light on this for me. Thank You.

Is it possible to achieve an H&A with varying measurements? "Yes"

But, remember that there are varying degrees of H&A's too.

You can see H&A's with thin arrows, thick arrows,different arrow heads and so forth.
The same premise goes with the hearts. H&A patterns
can appear fuzzy, incomplete, un-symmetrical or
jumbled or with a combination of each.
You might find perfect hearts with not so great arrows.
Or perfect arrows with un-attractive hearts.

People are mainly familiar with the perfect pattern,
but if you do your homework, you will find many imperfect patterns too.

So the answer to your question is "Yes" but there is
a "but" in many cases.

Yes it is possible and with 54% table it still can be very nice stone. You have to check crown and pavilion angles.

For example: with the same combination of crown and pavilion angles (34.5 and 40.75) depth % will change as following (with pointed culet and medium girdle):
