Is it natural Beryl?

Hello all

My friend find a colorful rock green one. I don't know if it is original Beryl. No devices to test that stone in my governnorate.
Can anybody help me in how to know the real natural one?
And what is its price?
The bigger stone specificatiin:
Color Green shades to colorless
Mohs scale above 7
Fracture Conchoidal
Hexagonal
Vitreous


Any expert can advise?

The size, shape, texture, and colour reminds me very strongly of synthetic boule. Perhaps YAG?

I hope the experts chime in soon, but to my eyes the shape and the fact that the piece is enormous would indicate lab-created or some other stone than beryl/emerald, although I most certainly cannot say anything for sure.

Definitely. Now that I think of it, YAG has a higher MOH and high RI so that possibility is out of the question.
