"IR" Mark - Iridium? Plus unknown jeweler's mark...

Can anyone help with these markings?

From my research, pure iridium rings are very uncommon, and I wonder why the jeweler would not have marked it as 90/10 plat/ir which is more common. I also can't identify the jeweler's hallmark - if I could figure out who made it I might be able to connect with them to ask for more information.

I always assumed such marks were on the inside of the ring not on the outside.

I think some other countries do it this way.
