I’ve a couple of question about Rapaport price list.
1) There are any “standard” criteria for evaluating diamond below A3, as there is for fluorescence like a percentage to subtract? (That obviusly can’t replace human eye).
2) If there are some % adjustment to apply for calculate the value of a stone ( for example -10% for fluorescence and -10% as it’s below a3 cut,simmetry…),
The % adjustment must be applied in a unitary manner to the total or in any progressive order? (As the example -20% on total adding up the adjustment, or first -10% on total and second -10% on the 90% of the total).
3) How much “high cash asking price” varies from transiction price and includes VAT %?
