in search of a particular setting

I'm interested in a solitaire setting that has a place for a colored gemstone in addition to the diamond center stone. I've thought about it being in the band (inside or outside) or as an accent near the prongs, but then I came across this:

It got me thinking about other settings that hid the extra gemstone. Does anybody know of any others?

I'll have to find a place to see these in person. Definitely a possibility. What I don't want is for the colored gemstones (emerald or something else green) to draw away the elegance of the center stone and solitaire setting.

mrsjacob, I like that setting, too. I have to get some more insight from my GF about the sloping design. I do think the hidden extra gemstone, particularly when colored, is really neat.
