I''m of the 24/7 camp as well, but I do tend to pop it into the cleaning thingy when I take a shower.

Don''t worry about setting a date yet, just enjoy being engaged. When people ask just tell them that you''re still working on it or a vauge target season/year. Sometimes I think it''s less about wanting to know when, as wanting to know if it''s a real engagement. It took us a couple of months to be firm on a date and I think that''s fairly normal.

I take mine off when I am in bed and when I am in the shower. I also take it off to do cleaning. But when it is off, it is in its box, which is nowhere NEAR a sink or anything else like that.

Same with me. I sleep with my ring on, but I don''t cook, clean, shower, or wash my face with it on.

thanks girls!! I love my ring

and already know that i'd like my wedding band to be platinum with little diamonds embedded all the way round. It'll compliment my e-ring nicely, and as you can tell, I like classic!

mandarine~I remember you and I describing the rings we would like and I remember our descriptions were similar! I'm sure your bf knows you v. well, and (like my bf), is working hard and researching for the perfect ring for YOU. My bf as you know was also tightlipped. He said he went full circle in styles and settled on mine b/c it suited my personailty/style and the stone is so nice, he let the focus be on that so kept it classic!! So great that your bf is going to NY soon (where my BF got mine ring too)..exciting!!!!!
