Hello Pricescopers!
Some of you may have followed bits of my engagement ring saga. We worked with Jon and GOG to find a stone in December and have been waiting for Leon to finish the setting. My ring was completed and shipped to my fiancée, and I’ve been waiting for him to find the ‘right moment’. On Friday morning my fiancée proposed on Wailea Beach in Maui, where we are currently on vacation. Of course, I said, "YES!".
I am so in love with my new ring – a custom setting that Leon created based on some of his designs that I was drawn to. I left the final execution of the setting up to his design expertise, so seeing my ring for the first time was indeed a surprise!
I would like to take this opportunity to once again pass along my sincere thanks to the Pricescope community, and to the countless members whose guidance, expertise and feedback have been so instrumental in helping us to navigate our first foray in to the diamond industry. I have learned so much, and have developed an appreciation for the art and science of diamonds and diamond cutting that is far beyond where I was at prior to the beginning of our engagement ring quest. I will certainly continue to be an active member of Pricescope, and will undoubtedly continue to be inspired by your knowledge, passion, and beautiful stones and jewelry pieces.
So, without further ado I would like to introduce my new Leon!
