If you please, help me choose a new setting for my 0.89ct E SI1?

I used a Stuller as a temp setting and it was super comfy.

Oh how nice!!! I saw it on LT. Good to know it was comfy, it’s a setting I think is so great.

Hmm..you know better how you will feel, but I completely understand! What I have personally found over the years that most times it pays off to wait to get what you really want. It is ok that you no longer have the yg soli. Another idea might be just to replace the head of your existing soli, if that is an option?

Regarding selling the stones to your mom, I would think about it twice before you do. Can you replace them for the same cost? Would you purchase something different if you are to sell them to her? Would you have any regrets? If any of these makes you second doubt, think about it a little longer before you do. Also, definitely think about possibly selling them to your mom before you purchase a new setting, if you might not want to hold onto them for too long.

It would be very kind of you to share in some of the bling then. If you are not sold on the three stone idea, the perhaps you can sell the smaller soli to your mom and she can add two 0.25ct stones, that would make for a lovely three stone as well.

Don’t they! Let me try to find the original post.. they were colourless, I think 0.8ct center and 0.4ct each side stone.

I may have to give this a shot! Between @Niel having such a great eye and suggesting it (I think she knows better than I do what I would actually wear and enjoy, haha!) and you finding this great real life pic to help me visualize... I may have to give this a go! If I don’t LOVE it I’ll just resize the ring and put cz in for my mom, who could care less but likes three stones heh.

I remember this beauty by Maytal Hannah from a few years back. The centre stone is .84cts with .30 each side stones. Not sure if it’s a bit blingier than you were looking for. It’s one of my all time favourite 3 stone rings.

Totally my style. I love it!

I think if I were going for “one ring to rule them all”, that might be it. But I have a wide pavé right hand ring, and this pic you posted (whole AMAZING) looks a bit too close to my RHR. I’m thinking that a classic three stone paired with a rolling ring might look best.

I like the heart one haha but I’m not sure. I think it would drive me nuts to have one cz and two diamonds so I might get a solitaire mount as a temporary...

@KristinTech at least with my jeweller, the two settings don’t vary greatly in price... I love the crown setting, but the rope one feels more me. I have a moissanite I can put in it after I’m done with it. Yay!
