If I get an L diamond will the cut be as good as a K, J or I?

I can''t seem to find premium/signature cuts in L diamonds. I want to go with the L color, but not if I can find a diamond that is as well cut as a K, J or I. I am looking at either going with Union Diamonds or Brian Gavin, since none of the other sites seem to sell Ls or can I request them to obtain an L for me? And do diamond cutters spend the time and effort to make premium cuts on Ls?

Yes if you go for a company who offers top cuts in these grades such as www.craftedbyinfinity.com

www.highperformancediamonds.com are an Infinity dealer.

Tara have you seen an L colour in person? I have one and enjoy the very slight warmth and that the diamond isn't icy white ( still white though), would that be ok with you?

Thanks for the tip and concern. I actually love the warmth over the icy white. I thought I was going to buy an I until I saw Ls in person.:)

Thats right, I had a feeling we had discussed this before but wasn''t sure, and that you love the L''s like I do! Sounds like you know what you want, definitely look at Infinity!

Traditionally, the cutters of high cut-quality tend to limit their top-production to higher colours and clarities. Especially, the bigger cutting-houses are very slow in adapting to an increasing demand for quality in lower colours and clarities.

We ourselves tried it out with some reservation, but found great and surprising results at very interesting price-points, which certainly fits a certain public.

Live long,

I bought an Infinity in S color!

How do Infinity diamonds compare to Union Diamonds? Infinity diamonds seem to be much higher than Union Diamonds Selected Ideal? Take the two diamonds below, tell me why I'd pay more for smaller with Infinity? Or whether I should stick with Union. I want my diamond to sparkle as much as possible. But I want to be able to notice the difference. Otherwise I'd stick with Union.
