Ideas? Holiday Gift for My Direct Reports $30 with Shipping

Hi, I work from home, and I have a team of people reporting to me who also work from home. I would like to get them all a gift this year as my manager always gets me something, and my team has really worked hard even though I don't see them often. There are 8 women and 2 men. Most are in their late 30s, but I have one 20-something and one 50-something. We all live across the US - mostly on the East Coast though. Any ideas for something I can get that is not too expensive including shipping since I need to buy 10? I was thinking maybe French Macarons which would be about $35 for 9-12 depending on where I get them (etsy vs. macaroncafe.com). All are very outgoing people who are great communicators and work in a fast-paced stressful environment for a large corporation.

I also work for a company where my group teleworks. My boss has always sent me an AMEX gift card and honestly I really appreciate that. It's nice to have some extra $$$ to spend on something just for me down the road.

I think food gifts are pretty safe. Even if they do not like maybe their family would enjoy it or they can regift.

I like consumable gifts. So chocolates, cookies, bottle of good wine or fruit basket is the best gift IMHO.

I was just reading a blog post that had 450 stocking stuffer ideas...you might read through those. She had some good ones in there. I'd probably suggest something that seems personalized...maybe a monogrammed scarf for females and travel toiletry case for the men? I don't know, maybe that's too frilly.

A Big Thank You and Update to everyone who helped. I ended up going with Dana's Bakery Macarons via Williams Sonoma.com. I was able to get 20% off plus free shipping so each box of 12 Macarons cost me $28. If I ordered directly from Dana's they would have been $30 plus shipping of $12-15 each depending on the locations of each recipient. So, I feel like I scored a great deal, and the gift will be nice. Thanks for all your help. I will definitely use the ideas for other gifts on my list.

I am late to the party, but was going to recommend Wolferman's english muffins. My husband's granparents used to send us these fro xmas and we loved them (particularly the "minis"). So for example a pack of 72 mini muffins with a free shipping code would be under $30. They freeze well so can be eaten over time.
