Budget is about $7,400 looking to get about one carat with the best cut possible and color better than G.

Personally I'd skip. The cut is pretty good, not perfect

You can do better with your budget. This has strong fluor which I'd expect a significant discount at the colourless range.

This seems like a great diamond for your budget. Colourless, medium fluor, and twinning twisps are generally great for eyeclean.

This is SI2 with a busy plot, meaning lots of little transparent crystals contributing to the overall SI2 grade. They're not clouds (being a lesser inclusion priority on the report) and so likely to be eye clean. There is a small carbon inclusion by the table but I doubt that would be visible. Check with a JA gemologist.
