I would really need some help with a Tiffany ring...

Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I am new to the wonderful world of jewelry and I would gladly receive some help with this.
I would like to kindly ask for your opinion about a Tiffany ring I want to purchase for a very special person as she likes this style a lot.
I have found a local seller who seems quite trustworthy, but you never know. I do not have a Tiffany store in my country and to be honest I do not know how should I authenticate it.
Because I am not at all familiar with this brand, I don't know what to look for.
The hallmark was difficult to capture.
