I need HELP!!

Let me start by saying thank you in advance for any and all feedback. I have been looking online for some time for a 1.25-1.3 carat round diamond the is G or better in color and VS2 or better in clarity for under $7000. Needless to say I ave not had much luck with any GIA stones so I have considered a 1.31 G VS2 EGL Canada stone for $6000. I know most of you are not fans of any EGL diamonds, but is EGL Canada worse than EGL USA or on the same scale? I would really like to find a GIA stone but I don't think I will be able to keep it in my budget. Please let me know whether I should consider the EGL Canada diamond, or move down to a low clarity GIA diamond. I have also been offered a 1.27 H SI2 GIA XXX and an EGL USA 1.27 H VS2 Hearts and arrows for $6300. I can add photos of those later if needed. Thanks again.

EGL canada closed quite a while ago - if it is a very old cert then it could be OK as they were less than one grade soft say +5 years ago - but then it may be a second hand stone.
The leakage around the girlde indicates some digging out of facets - so the stone will face up about 10% smaller than a better cut diamond.
So budget smudget me thinks.
Drop your grades and get a decent stone for your eye, but take hit on the paper

That ain't gonna happen for a well cut GIA or AGS graded stone. The $6K EGL stone will not be anywhere close to a GIA graded G VS2.
$6K will buy you this beautiful .92ct H SI1 stone.
