I need help with a rope solitaire!

Can anyone help me find a rope solitaire setting. I know david yurman has a bridal collection, but i cannot find any pictures. the only one i have found is the one below and i don''t know what the prongs look like.

also, if anyone has a ring, can you send pictures? can you also give me pro''s and con''s such as having the ring resized etc.
