I dont think it was very much though, I remember with non standard head it was around $200 possibly (for me), but could be less with just straight peg head

$200 is a fair price. The head will only cost the jeweler about $19.00. You''re paying for the labor and setting the stone. You may be able to find a jeweler to do it for $100.00 if he does his own bench work.
