Really?! I did not know that.

nuthin' but black and white peeps. not even colored INK.

LOL, yeah. It smelled like burnt plastic all evening Apparently the glossy stuff has plastic in it - or on it, maybe the coating?

Yea they're coated.

That is an unpleasant smell to say the least. My former partners burned a bunch of magazines and mailpieces to avoid moving them all...it was so bad.

I am so happy for my dh (and us) as he is finally getting well deserved recognition and we are onto better things!! It has been a tough 3 years financially and finally we see the light at the end of the tunnel! Fingers crossed it turns out as well as we hope it will.

sinus infections suck! I have had about 1 a month for the last year, the pressure is so bad that my eyes are tearing! I'm going back to my DR today and pretty much demanding to see an ENT, I can't deal with this anymore!

Asscher - Have you ever broken your nose? I am prone to sinus infections because I broke my nose and have one nasal cavity that is somewhat collapsed. I believe it is something that they can surgically help. also, I take major vitamins, and I used saline nasal spray at least once a day to keep my passages clear. I hope this helps some.

Never broke my nose and I have been using neilmed since my infections began, I don't care what they have to do at this point to make them stop, I just want them to stop! I am def going to pursue this aggressively at this point, thanks for the advice!

I don't know how that group one went, but the second one went really well. I had an awesome portfolio to present, and they were really impressed. They said they planned to call to schedule second interviews either the next day (Friday) or Monday, and they called like 4 hours later, the same day. Second interview went well, and they've been calling my references. I've heard from 3/6 of the references I used, so far. They said they'd have a decision by Wednesday. I saw another person who got a second interview, and I actually used to work with her at a previous job. There's no way I didn't do 1000% better than her, just by the way we were both dressed. I'm really hoping I get it, but we'll see.

One of the mothers at my daughters pre school died today. I only knew her to say hello to in the mornings but I cannot stop thinking about that family and her four year old daughter who must have no hope of making sense of it. My heart breaks for her.

I hate my cat today. He woke me up by losing his balance on the bed and digging his claws into whatever he could find. Unfortunately, what he found was my face. I have a big hole in my lip and a scratch that starts from inside my mouth up alongside my nose and across my cheek. Nothing better than waking up to pain and one heck of a lot of blood in your mouth.

Actually, what I hate more than that are the people in my office who hear this and say, "Guess it's time to start thinking about declawing him!" No. Screw you. He lost his balance and was trying to get it back, and he used the claws God gave him to help him when things like that happen. I'm not going to mutilate my cat because he used his body exactly as it's supposed to be used! I'm just mad because I hurt.

I still snuggled him before I left for work. Stupid dang cat.

oh, I'm so sorry! That is a TERRIBLE way to wake up. But you're right. Not the cat's fault and it shouldn't be punished as a result. I'm not a fan of declawing.

Thanks. It definitely wasn't a good way to wake up and it's making me grouchy today. And just being grouchy makes me grouchier because I'm so rarely in a bad mood that it throws me off all day!

I think tonight I'm going to go to my workout, and then go home and watch a movie and snuggle my kitties. And focus on the fact that I get to video chat with my BF. That always improves my mood.
