Our downstairs neighbor parks in the handicap spot at our apartment complex almost daily. She is very much not handicapped. She keeps getting tickets but she keeps parking there. I don''t get it?

But it ticks me off ..

I hate when I''m hot .. but if I turn on the fan, I''ll get cold. I can''t win!
