Hi guys,

I am in Antwerp for a while and I found a full band diamond ring which is starting with biggest stone in the middle and going down with smaller stones on sites. It is written, 1,85 carat total, color of stones are d to f and clarity Vs-vvs. The written price on it was 3500 euro after ask to discount, he said 1600euro and then I pushed enough result is 1300 euro. Infact I can not belive 1.85 carat with that colour and clarity can be that price. I have GIA certified E-vvs1 0.40 carat single stone. I put both rings on white paper and their color were almost the same. I checked with loop, by the way I am not a specialist, I saw some kind of pinpoints or bubbles in big stone the rest I couldn't see something. Middle stone is 0.25, first side stones are 0.20 and then 0.20, 0.15..... it is going like that. We calculated with guy, the biggest stones that we can measure totally was 1.43 and guy put 0.40 for the smallest stones. I checked ring under day light out of shop, big stone in the middle there is a kind of death point I mean in the middle it is not reflecting that well and more darker.

Guy said color and clarity exactly what it is written. They are wholesaler because of that it is that cheap and he accepted cut of middle stone is not the best but still it is not bad.

So as a result I am trying to understand if it is good deal or they are trying to sell something really shitty.

Guys I need your helps.

Hey Guys, help me a bit more :)

So lets think like that even if all stones are f-g and clarity vs2, cut is fair or good that ring worth 1300euro?
