@missy - so glad to hear your appointment went well, but sorry to hear about your impending fight. I don't know how you do it - and admire you for doing so! Give 'em hell!
That is indeed the correct article - the resources they point to went beyond work, and I enjoyed reading them (although some of the papers were long in the tooth IMHO).
While the reformer (ahhh, reformer - I adore it - what a life changer) definitely helps, its been a crushing few months and I need additional supports. I guess that's why the article appealed. gratitude <3
