I am a subaru driving mother of twin toddlers who most of the time is at my wits end. The majority of my day is spent in some type of sticky mess. Our 10th wedding anniversary is coming up at the end of this year. Because it falls so close to the holidays, we tend to not celebrate. (Too many heavy dinners, too many gifts already...etc!)

I have always wanted diamond stud earrings. I think they are simply the most elegant earring a girl can have and I can wear them every day. I have never really spent a lot of time trying on pairs. My husband decided to surprise me yesterday to celebrate 10 years and thank me for taking care of him and our two children.

I do not know what made him go to HW to purchase. He said he did a ton of research (which knowing him, he did). Spent a lot of time on Jewelers Row in Philly, Tiffany's, Cartier, Graff, etc. He said that he wanted to look at them and feels that he could not have done better.The pictures do not do them justice as they are the most sparkly diamonds that I have ever seen.

He gave them to me in a very sentimental and romantic way. He started telling me how much I was appreciated and took out the HW box. I have to tell you, it was as romantic as his original proposal 10 years ago.

I am still beside myself. My first reaction was to return them (BRIEF reaction!). After a nights sleep, I can say I LOVE them and feel lucky to have my husband . more pics coming

You are indeed a very lucky woman! This was one of those rare good surprises when it comes to jewelry! I think that is the ideal size studs, and I notice the setting has double claw prongs! I'd love to see a side view of the setting. HW makes such timeless settings.
