I''ve never heard of HRD certifications. Can anyone tell me whether its standards are as strict as GIA or AGS?

It has been stated on here by experts that they are more less on par with GIA.
 
I saw a diamond that was graded by the HRD as a D-SI1 and has 4 stars at Whiteflash. The article you attached was helpful. Thank you very much.
