I would put that stunning stone in a thin french cut baguette gemstone shank. That really makes the center stone pop and I personally love that look and you did think about Sapphire baguettes earlier. When you look at your hand all you will see is a band of color and then your gorgeous stone which concentrates the attention on the stone and at the same time is pretty different. Love the design you drew, maybe combine them?

I only have a horrible vendor pic on this computer but if you are interested I can get some pics when my finance comes home since I am a complete tec-tard. My art deco ring has french cut emeralds (or synthetics, don't really know) and a small transitional cut diamond with milgrain and engraving.
