I am aware that this damage (hole) decreases the value, but I couldn't even find this type of agate without the damage! I think it's a carnelian agate, but when looked up as carnelian, only orange, I think even gems, came out. When typed ,,carnelian agate" same results, but also recommendation from wikipedia that this is simply carnelian. So how do I know how much it's worth, at least estimate the price? These are not worth much at all. Much like the other one you posted

I know, but how do I know how much they are worth? Under 30$ is for sure, but for eg. 3-6$ or 5-8$. Let's say 10$, isn't much, but I have like 9 of I think similar price range stones, so 90$ isn't a lot, but is something. But I want to know the price cause by listing 5$ stone for 10$ I will be probably wasting my time cause no one will buy it, while listing 10$ stone for 5$ would make me lose 5$, so 50%, which of 90$ would be 45$ loss.

You just need to do research and look on ebay and etsy
