How to derive Crown & Pavilion angles

I was wondering if the crown and pavilion angles or % can be calculated from the table% and totaldepth% values? Does such a formula exists?

The reason for posting this question is cause GIA cert only specify the latter two values.

No, unfortunately. You have to ask your vendor to run the stone on Sarin or Ogi machines. These machines are not rare anymore.
