Has this been resolved to your satisfaction?
The response of the vendor has been satisfactory, but the process has not finished yet. At this point, I have no reason to believe the vendor will not follow through, and it seems their reputation is well-deserved.
The original purpose of this post seems to have been served, so I would like to consider this issue resolved.
