Hi, after much help in another thread, I wanted to see how you guys liked this diamond? Comes up with a 1A on the Cut program and is under 2 on HCA. The diamond is 7950, does that seem like a good price (only applicable if you guys think the stone is good)? Thanks!

Hi diamondnewbie,

The diamond looks promising, is it for sale online and can you get an Idealscope image for it please? As to pricing, if it is online then you can compare prices using the search tool above Pricescope your Diamond: typically stones online are cheaper than those from brick and mortar stores.

If you could get an Idealscope image that would be very helpful so we can see how well all the proportions work together.

I did ask for an IS image. I am not sure if I will be able to get one as I have not heard back. I am working through a family friend who is a wholesaler so I dont know if I will be able to get the image

Ok, what you could do is order anIdealscope and use it yourself, they are simple to use and it is relatively easy to interpret the results with a little study.

I just wanted to mention - it is of course entirely up to you but when buying from family friends it can make things rather awkward if something goes wrong, you don''t tend to have that neutrality you have when dealing with an unknown seller or company. I take it this family friend is a retailer with his or her own store?
