How about this princess?

Is there anything noticably wrong with this princess cut diamond? I have been looking for a while for the best eyeclean H/I VS2/SI1 that I can and came across this one. It appears to have a good price for what it is. It is an AGS Ideal 0 with a report from June 2006. Should I be concerned that it has been passed over for 6 months?

1st one is a little less square than I would prefer (1.04 ratio), but if it is eyeclean I would save ~$300 compared to the other 2.

The second 2 are interesting. Why is the larger 0.72C, I/VVS1 cheaper than the 0.7 C, I/VS1? Is it because of the thin to slightly thick girdle?

Very curious about the pricing on these...
