Ditto the no on the two tone.

As for not being able to pull off red with olive skin - I think it depends on how you do it! I have a friend with an olive skin tone aNd dark brown hair that had some deep red highlights put in. They looked fantastic, were a little bit edgy, but not so over the top that she looked like a punk rocker. I'll see if I can find a picture!

Gypsy--I completely relate to wanting an edgier look. I actually kind of like the peek-a-boo highlights, but if Italia is advising against it then I''d stay away. I definitely defer to her advice, as she is the expert!

I recently went on to my stylist and asked for an edgy look. She gave me bangs and new layers, and then I dyed my hair ''natural black.'' Maybe an edgier cut is the way to go, here?
