High Performance Diamonds custom (?) three stone setting help

I tagged HPD on Facebook after scouring their photos, but I thought I’d post on here, too. Is this a stock setting or a custom ring? I need to see more angles of this beauty, because it’s right up my alley. I think it would look pretty sweet with three .40ish CBI diamonds. Or maybe .60ish, lol.
