I pulled the number off the GIA Report directly. It was graded 9/15/16, so I'd assume it was previously worn, so unless you can examine under 20x minimum, it may be damaged. Unless it is has a maple leaf on the girdle, there is no way for them to know it is a non-conflict.
In any case, its a steep deep and only GIA Very Good for cut. Not very attractive to me...

Yeah I figured the nonconflict thing was bogus. It is estate so it was previously worn which doesn't bother me. Not worth the consideration though? I am not super knowledgeable about diamonds, just the basics so I'm trying not to get swindled.
