Help with spacer band

I am looking for an inexpensive thin little spacer band to go between my RHR and anniversary band. Any ideas?

I don't actually care which metal... white yellow or rose gold. It's going between a rose gold 7 stone and a white gold antique-ish setting. I'm just trying to spend as little as possible but still save the prongs of my solitaire! Here's a pic.
